UPDATE: The legendary DJ House Shoes (Los Angeles / Street Corner Music) will be joining the turntable fun with a slow jam set to close out the night and we’re also going to premier the new Bianca Mikahn video, “Lovers & Friends” to add to the Valentine’s Day themed fun. Bata shane, my dillie? You’re right my daimies, it doesn’t get much better than that.
SATURDAY, 2/14 -> Wa dah tah!!! Sa Da Tay is back & this month we’re welcoming out Bay Area/New York favorite DJ Tap 10 (of the world renowned Honor Roll Crew), king of the tender knock, and the perfect guest to play some Valentine’s Day type jams. Tap 10 will be joining party founder DJ Low Key & MOM Denver’s DJ E-Trane on the turntables at Beauty Bar Denver for a night full great music & good times on runny kine! No cover until 10pm, only $5 after / 21+.
REMINDER: There’s no more parking in the church parking lot by Beauty Bar (they will tow). I started taking an Uber to work to get rid of the hassle of trying to park in Cap Hill & it’s been great. If you’re not a member yet, you can get enter the code “justing480” to get yourself a first free ride to try it out (hopefully on the way to this party!).

FRIDAY, 1/9 -> We’re excited to keep last year’s momentum going full speed ahead with an extra dope double feature of fun at The Solution w/DJ Low Key & Lazy Eyez! First off, we’ll be welcoming longtime friend of the party, Clockwork DJ (Mac Miller’s DJ / Most Dope Crew) over to spin after the Mac Miller concert, and since the show’s just Clocks and Mac, he’ll be over early for the afterparty!!!
As if that wasn’t enough, we’ll also be opening January’s art feature at The Meadowlark, 4th wall: Rogues & Heroes, a photo exhibit by Blake Jackson! Head over to Blake’s Instagram to get more familiar with the super talented photographer’s work & make sure to check his exhibit some time in January 2015. As usual, your Solution residents DJ Low Key & DJ Lazy Eyez will be on the turntables, Armando Geneyro aka Knower Of The Ledge will be taking party photos and we’ll be rocking all the best in hip hop and more, all night long! 9pm / No cover until 11pm / 21+ / 2701 Larimer Street.

UPDATE: Just got word that friend of the party, Cincinnati’s DJ Clockwork, will be in Denver this weekend, so we added the Most Dope DJ to the bill. Besides being Mac Miller’s DJ and part of the Most Dope crew, Clockwork did time as Reflection Eternal’s DJ and is one hell of a party-rocker himself (you might have caught him rocking at our jam packed four year anniversary party a while back). Him, plus Dayta & your Solution DJs should make for an incredible night of music, see you there!!!
FRIDAY, 5/10 -> We’re super excited to welcome one of my favorite DJs out right now, Houston’s own Dayta, to Denver as we collab with Good Good Fridays, his very dope like-minded party to The Solution. Dayta throws Good Good Fridays with another super dope DJ, Klinch, every Friday night at The Flat, one of Houston’s most highly regarded spots amongst music lovers. Every week, they bring a ridiculous variety of what they describe as “That Good Good Music” to one of the country’s biggest cities and back in 2011, we partnered up with them for the first ever out of state Solution event (check it out here). We’ve been wanting to bring a taste of Good Good Fridays to Denver ever since and we’re excited to finally make it happen! Me & Lazy Eyez will be joining Dayta on the turntables as we bring some undeniably dope Houston flavor to the Meadowlark (2701 Larimer St). 21+ / 9pm / No cover til 11 / $5 after. – DJ Low Key
